Patch 0.3.4 September 19, 2019

Optimization pass 1
We've now made a first optimization pass with a new tree and grass system. We're going to make a new system for mid size foliage as well later on, so there's some missing some bushes and other plant models since last version. These will be re-added in a future patch.
We have a lot of performance work left to do but this is a start.
You can now also change basic graphic settings in the pause menu.
 
Mouse lag
There might still be some mouse lag which we hope will be fixed in the new input system in Unity 2019.
 
New Unity version.
We've updated Unity from 2017.3 to 2018.3. This added a whole lot of new bugs which most of them are hopefully fixed.
 
 
Bug fixes:
  • Loading a game sometimes starts a new game
  • Looting a fish item adds more than one of each item
  • Storage box's UI displayed on loading a save
  • River shader looks weird from far away
  • Pike perch's fillet icon on all items at a storage box for a frame
  • When starting a new game, some shadows and trees load on screen
  • Giant Jute rope model when crafted
  • Crafting nails doesn't display them at the table
  • Wooden box shards do not appear when the box gets hit
  • Button mushroom clipping through cabin's floor
 
Changes:
  • Increased swimming speed
  • Like 9

Just played 0.3.4. amazing work! Increased swim speed is perfect. New low/med/high graphic options are incredible. My computer is a potato from 2007 and I'm now playing nice and smooth at 720p on low. Thank you, thank you! Keep up the great work!

Hello guys, i have noticed similar problem with Ruby beets growing on rocks and underwater.

Its nothing gamebreaking but its a pain for your eyes and immersion

Please fix. 👍❤️
